Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the resort was quite underwhelming overall. While the room was spacious and clean, which was a positive aspect, the dining options left much to be desired and the service was somewhat lacking. There were also issues related to maintenance and noise that made the experience less enjoyable. Unfortunately, the facilities did not meet my expectations either, which contributed to the disappointment.
The resort is visually stunning with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by poor service and a lack of dining options during our visit. The shower wasn't warm enough, and the overall experience didn’t quite live up to the resort's potential, especially with the private event happening at the time. I wish I could have enjoyed more of what this beautiful place has to offer.
The resort is visually stunning with breathtaking views and very comfortable rooms. However, my stay was marred by a large private event that restricted access to the indoor restaurant, forcing us to rely on room service, which did not meet expectations. The service and upkeep didn't quite match the resort's otherwise luxurious feel, making it a mixed experience overall.
My stay at the resort was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the resort itself is set in a beautiful environment. However, I faced multiple frustrations, including unreliable service during peak times and some facilities that didn’t live up to expectations. Overall, while the location is great, there are certainly areas that need improvement in terms of service and dining options.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but cleanliness wasn't up to par. The location was decent for exploring waterfalls, yet the service fell short during our visit. Dining options were limited, and the atmosphere was disappointing at times. Overall, I felt the resort has potential, but improvements are definitely needed.
